This delicious, tasty recipe engages guests in every celebration.
A basic dimer Chop has one fourth an egg encased in a spicy wrapping. The outer wrapping is usually potato for egg devils. Dimer devil is served with kasundi and a simple salad of onions, cucumbers, and beetroots.

DIMER DEVIL
A basic dimer devil has one-fourth an egg encased in a spicy wrapping. The outer wrapping is usually potato for egg devils. Dimer devil is served with kasundi and a simple salad of onions, cucumbers, and beetroots.

Ingredients
- 4 Pcs Boiled Egg
- 3 Pcs Egg
- 5 Boiled Potato
- 25 gm Peanuts
- 25 gm Raisins
- 2 Pcs Chopped Onions
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp. Gram Masala Powder
- 1 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp. Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Tsp. Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp. Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 Tsp. Coriander Seed
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seed
- 50 ml Refined Oil
- 150 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 gm Bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Corn flour
- 50 gm Maida(flour)
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil to fry
Directions
- Step 1 1. Boil 5Pcs of potato in a pressure cooker for 10mins.
- Step 2 2. Boils 4Pcs Egg in a different Boiling Utensil for 15 mins.
- Step 3 3. Get Spices ready as per ingredients.
- Step 4 4. Peel skin of the boiled potato & Boiled Egg.
- Step 5 5. Chopped each egg into four pieces.
- Step 6 6. Heat the frying pan and pour Mustard oil into the pan, wait till it’s get heated.
- Step 7 7. Fry Chopped Onion in the Mustard Oil till it’s got brown.
- Step 8 8. Put all spices into the brown fried onion and fry them till spices releases oil.
- Step 9 9. Then put the boiled potato into the fried spices and mixed them well.
- Step 10 10. Get ready with the milk & egg beater solution.
- Step 11 11. Take plain water in your hand create a base and put egg slice and wrap it around.
- Step 12 12. Then put the round wrap into the egg beater solution and coated with breadcrumbs. Repeat the step again.
- Step 13 13. In this process keep 6 pieces ready before you start frying.
- Step 14 14. Take Mustard Oil in a frying pan and let the oil get warm. Post that you deep fry round wrap till it’s got brown.
- Step 15 15. Thereafter you serve Dimer Devil with cucumber& Onion Salad along with tomato, Chilly Sauce and Mayonnaise.
