CHICKEN SHAMI KABAB 

Chicken Shami Kabab, it’s an authentic North Indian Recipe for Appetizers. North Indian People are loving this recipe. This is a very common menu option for a special occasion at home and celebration. This unique delicious recipe always part of the menu at wedding ceremonies, Family gets together, birthday parties, etc. Chicken Shami Kabab is one of the most favorite and popular recipes of all age groups. This delicious, mouthwatering tasty recipe engages guests at every celebration.

A basic Chicken Shami Kabab is a Spicy, delicious, chicken keema kabab. Chicken Shami Kabab is served with Sliced Onion & Lemon.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes| Cooking Time: 30 Minutes |Serving – 6 |

Ingredient:-

  • 400 gm Chicken Keema.
  • 50 gm Raisins.
  • 1 Tsp Salt.
  • 1 Egg.
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Paste.
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste.
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seed.
  • 1 Tsp Kasturi Methi.
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder.
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder.
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 Tsp Sugar.
  • 5 Pcs Lemon.
  • 5 Green Chilly.
  • 50 gm Ghee.
  • 2 Tbsp. Coriander Leaf.
  • 100 gm Gram flour(Besan).
  • 2 Pcs Chopped Onion.
  • 1 Tbsp. Gram Masala.
  • 3 Tbsp. Mustard Oil.
  • 1 Rose Water.

Preparation: –

  1. Take a frying pan dry roast 100 gm Gram flour (Besan) and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl add 400 gm Chicken Keema + salt as per taste+ egg for binding as well as ghee and all other spices + Green Chilli + Coriander leaves + add dry roast 100 gm Gram flour(Besan) + chopped onions +1.5 Tbsp. lemon juice+1 Tbsp. Rose Water.
  3. Mixed them very well. It would better if you marinate the mixed chicken keema overnight to have the best taste.
  4. Process: – Heat Ghee in a frying pan and take little ghee on your left hand make small patty dough for shallow fry on a low flame for at least 5 mins each side.
  5. Post that serves Chicken Shami Kabab alone with sliced Onion & Lemon as snacks/appetizer. This is delicious healthy food. You can have them with Roti or Rice as well.

  •  2 Pcs Cloves.
  •  1-inch piece Cinnamon.
  •  1 Pcs Black cardamom.
  •  1 Tsp Black Pepper Seed
Directions
  • Step 1 1. Take a frying pan dry roast 100 gm Gram flour (Besan) and keep aside.
  • Step 2 2. Take a bowl to add 400gm Chicken Keema + salt as per taste+ egg for binding as well as ghee and all other spices + Green Chilly + Coriander leaves + add dry roast 100 gm Gram flour(Besan) + chopped onions +1.5 Tbsp. lemon juice+1 Tbsp. Rose Water.
